一首由美国非洲裔嘻哈歌手YG创作的嘻哈歌曲正在美国和加拿大华人圈内引发愤怒。

据美国《世界新闻网》9月18日报道，美国非洲裔饶舌歌手YG在视频网站YouTube发布嘻哈歌曲“遇见劫匪”(Meet the Flockers)，歌词煽动抢劫华人，因为华人有钱不存银行，而且有事不报警。
报道称，在这段音乐视频中，非洲裔饶舌歌手YG开头唱到，“首先，你找到一个华人社区的房子，因为他们不相信银行帐户”，然后，你找到几个帮手——有人开车接应，有人去按门铃，还要有人胆大，不惜一切去抢……停车、观望、按响门铃，确保没有人在家，游戏开始了。在音乐视频中，两名歹徒进门时，镜头定格在一张华人四口之家的全家福上。歌词还建议，不要拿大屏幕液晶电视和手提电脑，偷珠宝盒更为划算，因为拿到当铺当天就可变现。”
这段视频被上传到YouTube上，超过15万人收看，700多人点赞。而在此之前，这首歌已经在网上流传两年多，在其他网站的点击量超过40万人次。据报道，YG乐队10月15日还将到费城富国银行中心演出。
美华人全国委员会主席呼吁大家抗议举报《世界日报》称，美国华人全国委员会主席批评这首歌涉嫌鼓动针对华人小区的抢劫等犯罪活动，呼吁大家到YouTube上抗议举报。在加拿大一些华人网站上，有网友贴出如何到YouTube举报的详细教程，希望有尽可能多的华人发出反对声音。
费城华人餐馆协会秘书长朱枫称，今年以来费城已经有近百起华人餐馆和家庭遭到非洲裔持枪入室抢劫案件。他说，虽然没有受害人死亡，但是华人从物质上和精神上受到伤害，造成社区的恐慌。
费城市韩裔议员吴胜镐在大费城华人餐馆协会举办应对犯罪说明会上指出，劫匪了解华人有钱不存银行、有事不报警的习惯，所以华人自然成了他们作案的首选目标。
遭到打劫的大多是坐落在费城西区和北区非洲裔比较集中的地区的福建籍人士开的外卖餐馆，他们中有相当部分不能熟练讲英语，因此报案对他们来说比较困难。
FBI称已安排专人调查美国联邦调查局(FBI)费城办公室专员爱丽克丝·克里格在回复当地华人的举报时说，这首歌曲不但低俗也令人担心，FBI已经安排专人调查此案，但是无权从网站撤下该视频。她建议华人社区动员尽可能多的人上YouTube网站举报。加州华人律师华强说，这个视频与艺术创作自由无关，必须坚决反对。
“遇见劫匪”音乐视频在谷歌音乐网站下载价格为1.99美元。目前YouTube上的收看人次有15.4万多，有740多个赞，目前给差评的有255个。
