前阵子有个卖家说,店铺被亚马逊警告,收到了警告的邮件。邮件内容说,该店铺被亚马逊认定为操控销售行为。卖家在申诉后得知,是卖家最近弃置过一批货,被亚马逊识别为“销量激增”了。这可真冤呀。

不过大家也不用担心,只要正常的销售都可以通过申诉回来,如果是恶意销量激增,可能就无法申诉。

二、被亚马逊识别“销量激增”原因

亚马逊”销量激增“一般指短时间内出现销量记录与历史记录不符导致亚马逊对店铺进行审核,那有哪几种情况会被亚马逊判定为”销量激增“呢?

(一)”零元购“被判销量激增

有很多卖家问小编,做站外会不会被判”销量激增“呢?

小编告诉你,不会。在我们做站外时,如果出现爆单了我们可以及时调整我们的折扣力度,减缓爆单的速度。

但是有一种情况会被判”销量激增“,那就是做站外折扣叠加,被”零元购“了

有些卖家之前站内开50%coupon,忘记关掉,又开了50%code做站外,此时折扣叠加,就会被买家”零元购“

此时不仅面临产品被消费者”零元购”,店铺也会被亚马逊警告,而被封原因之一就是销量激增,短时间内出现销量暴增。

(二)自发货延迟发货,被判销量激增

有人问:发货延迟没有销量增加,怎么会被判销量的激增呢?我们要清楚亚马逊对销量激增的定义是:短时间内出现销量记录与历史记录不符导致。因为自发货发货延迟的销售记录与历史记录不符,触发了亚马逊的审核机制,会被认为是“销量激增”

(三)测评被判销量激增

新品在无流量无曝光的情况下,新品测评,留评后被判为“销量激增”,这种情况比较好理解,这种情况就很难申诉回来。

三、如何避免被判“销量激增”

1.新店铺开售,应稳扎稳打,不要使用违规方法暴增销量,在无明显流量增加的前提下,这会触发亚马逊检测机制,新品推广切记有节奏感有目的推广。

2.切勿跟卖产品,在发货延迟时会被判销量激增;

3.遵循亚马逊相关政策。

四、“销量激增”,如何申诉

只要是正常的销售,一般都可以通过申诉,解除亚马逊的警告,但卖家在接收到警告邮件后,一定要收集好申诉资料,切勿盲目申诉,提前确定好以下信息:

1.是否如实发货,收集好完整的物流追踪信息

2.下载店铺一个月内的订单数据报告

3.保存好已售产品的发票

一般邮件中都会注明所需申诉的材料,按照邮件的要求来即可。

I understand that recently our performance as a seller on Amazon.com has fallen below both Amazons and our own standards of quality. I believe there are two main reasons this has happened:

Disorganization in our inventory management has resulted in late shipments and, even worse, unavailable items.

When late shipments and unavailable items have occurred our response to has been too slow and communication with customers has not been adequate.

I believe it is mainly because of our inadequate communication that we have recently seen an increase in customer A-z guarantee claims which has resulted in our order defect rate exceeding the performance target of <1%.

In addition, we will more aggressively monitor our performance metrics to assure we are meeting the standards set by Amazon and our own standards of quality customer service.

In evaluating our selling practices, we found a mistake in our inventory upload file.

Our Plan of Action:

Our inventory file has been reviewed. All misclassified condition items havebeen re-categorized to follow Amazons Condition Guidelines. Entire inventoryhas been deleted from Marketplace to reflect all changes. All of our vendorsinventory will be reviewed before adding to our inventory. Please let us knowwhat should be done to reinstate our account, we are looking forward to hearingfrom you.
