Twitter去年在数周内裁走约三分二的员工后表示裁员潮已结束。不过Elon Musk周二（21日）向总部职员表示Twitter会继续裁员，并计划更改Twitter现在的定位方式。

Elon Musk自在去年上任后裁走多名Twitter员工，但仍于11月承诺停止裁员后再进行至少三轮裁员。根据The Verge报道，上周约有数大名销售及工程部员工被解雇，其中包括一名负责管理Twitter业务的Elon Musk直属工程师。

此外，Elon Musk也要求员工在一周内修改Twitter主页的定位方式，以解决“史上最差的相关性”问题。Elon Musk计划改变Twitter的定位，希望可如Google般通过搜索关键字定位，而非根据用户活动及个人资料定位。
