An average number of 6.5 enterprises in Beijing get investment every day. In 2022, the early investment and VC/PE investment of Beijing enterprises reached 161.6 billion yuan (23.4 billion dollars), accounting for 17.8% of the total investment in China, and leading among other major cities in the country for many years in a row. Over the years, 845 funds have invested over 400 billion yuan (57.8 billion dollars) in 102 “unicorn” enterprises in the capital.

在北京，平均每天就有6.5家企业获得投资——2022年，投向北京企业的早期投资、VC/PE投资额1616亿元，在全国占比17.8%，连续多年领跑各大城市。多年来，北京102家独角兽累计获得845只基金超4000亿元投资。

北京一季度人力资源市场薪酬状况报告发布

Beijing’s Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau released the first quarter salary report recently. The report focuses on three topics: popular positions, free trade zones, and skilled talent, and analyzes salary condition from various aspects. The report shows that the median monthly salaries of 8 positions in the digital economy are higher than 20,000 yuan (2890 dollars).

日前，北京市人力社保局发布《2023年北京市人力资源市场薪酬状况报告（一季度）》。《报告》重点关注“热招岗位”“自贸区”“技能人才”三大主题，从不同维度对北京薪酬水平展开分析。此外，本季度重点关注了部分数字职业薪酬水平，8个职业的薪酬中位值高于20000元/月。

北京首个算法人才政策颁布

A summit forum on talent in the artificial intelligence industry, part of the Zhongguancun Forum, was held in Beijing’s Mentougou District on May 8. The citys first talent policy in the field of artificial intelligence algorithms and the first talent training program were released at the forum.

5月8日，2023中关村论坛系列活动——北京人工智能产业创新发展人才高峰论坛在北京市门头沟区举办。活动现场发布全市首个人工智能算法领域专门人才政策及全市首个人工智能领域人才培养方案。

北京首届航空航天博览会将于9月举行

The First China International Aviation and Aerospace Industry Expo is scheduled to take place in Beijing this autumn. The expo will take place from Sept 25 to 30 at the Beijing Daxing International Airport and will cover eight hectares. It plans to invite at least 200 leading companies from 20 nations and regions.

中国国际航空航天产业博览会，将于2023年9月25-30日在北京大兴国际机场公务机坪和公务机库举行，规划总展出面积约8.3万平方米，预计展会将迎来20个国家的200余家参展企业。

“百年巨匠送文体进校园”启动

In the next three years, more than 300,000 books based on Chinese documentary series Century Masters and sports goods will be donated to schools in rural areas and hometowns of masters featured in the documentary series. The biographical documentary series covers the life stories of more than 50 masters in fine arts, calligraphy, architecture, Chinese traditional medicine, sports and education during the 20th century.

大型系列人物传记纪录片《百年巨匠》，聚焦20世纪以来为中华民族作出突出贡献的名家巨擘，展现他们的人生历程、人格魅力、卓越成就和伟大情怀，迄今已拍摄完成美术、书法、建筑、中医、教育、体育等领域的50余位大师巨匠。在未来的三年中，将捐赠一万套《百年巨匠》系列丛书（30万册）及体育用品，并走进偏远地区和国家乡村振兴重点帮扶县，为乡村振兴注入更多动能与活力。

“北京中轴线数字资源库成果”发布

A digital resource library and a digital IP co-creation plan of Beijing’s Central Axis were launched on May 8. Based on the resources accumulated in the early construction of this program such as digital archive and outstanding works of innovation competitions, the resource library includes the official website of Beijings Central Axis, the mini-app, and 4D “Space-time module”.

5月8日，北京市文物局等单位联合发布“北京中轴线数字资源库成果”和北京中轴线数字文化IP共创计划。数字资源库基于“数字中轴”前期建设积累的数字资源，包括北京中轴线官网、云上中轴小程序、4D“时空舱 ”等多个数字产品，整合中轴线数字档案、3D建模资源以及北京中轴线创意大赛优秀作品，共同构建北京中轴线“多模态”数字资源库。

杭州亚运会特许商品《亚运融合·中国印》面世

As one of the licensed merchandise of the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022, the China Seal product series debuted at the Beijing Wangfujing licensed retail store. The products combine three intangible cultural heritage techniques and exhibits 7 Asian Games elements: emblem, mascot, slogan, Hangzhous three World Heritage sites (Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City, the Grand Canal and the West Lake), and the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center.

首批39家北京市级生态农场出炉

39 production entities in Beijing were awarded the title “Ecological Farm”, with a total area of 19,800 mu(13.2 square kilometers) in 31 towns. Different from regular farms, ecological farms target maximum sustainable output while seeking to match resources, stay environmentally friendly and ensure food safety. By 2025, the city will have about 500 ecological farms.

近日，北京全市首批39家生产主体被授予“北京市生态农场”称号，获评农场总面积达1.98万亩，广泛分布在31个乡镇中。生态农场不同于常规农场，在获得最大可持续产量的同时，实现资源匹配、环境友好和食品安全。到2025年，本市将培育500家左右市级生态农场。

“五一”延庆乡村游收入首破亿元大关

Beijings Yanqing district has many tourism resources, such as the Great Wall, the Beijing Expo Park and the Yeyahu Lake. During the 5-day May Day holiday, Yanqing district received over one million tourists, accounting for 43.9% of the total number of rural tourists in the city. The tourism revenue reached 110 million yuan.

刚刚过去的“五一”小长假，延庆全区共接待游客102.4万人次，占全市乡村游接待游客总数的43.9%，位列全市乡村游接待量第一；实现旅游收入约1.1亿元，首次突破亿元大关。

北京大兴区发放千万元汽车消费券

10 million yuan (1.4 million dollars) in coupons for car purchases were issued by Beijings Daxing district on May 9. People who buy passenger cars (including motorcycles) at over 30 designated 4S stores can enjoy subsidies, with a maximum subsidy of 2000 yuan (289 dollars).

5月9日，大兴区商务局启动发放1000万元汽车消费券，进一步释放市场消费潜力。消费者领取汽车消费券并在大兴区参与活动的30余家4S店购买乘用车（含摩托车），即可享受最高2000元的汽车直降优惠。
